Legacy & End of Life Support
Our support services are client-centred and grounded in evidence-based practice, aimed at enhancing emotional wellbeing, meaningful experiences and self-fulfilment. With growing demand, more people are seeking support services that enhance social connection and reconnect with nature and offer opportunities for self-fulfillmen. In consultation with clients and carers, we co-create a personalised care plan that reduces anxiety, and celebrates the meaning of each life.
Reminiscence Therapy & Life Story Writing
Reminiscence therapy involves reflecting on past experiences to promote emotional well-being and cognitive health. Proven to reduce feelings of loneliness and improve mood, it has also been shown to support memory and cognitive function, particularly in those living with dementia. Through guided conversations, creative art practice and life story writing, clients craft unique projects that preserve personal histories and create legacies while fostering a sense of connection to the broader human story and to a life's purpose. Through the process of creation and reflection we carve a room for little immortality.

Bucket-Listing & Experiences
We support individuals and families in identifying, planning, and gently fulfilling meaningful goals, wishes, or “bucket list” experiences. Whether it's reconnecting with someone special, visiting a favourite place, or creating a final legacy project, our collaborative and culturally respectful approach empowers you to live fully and with purpose. Rooted in trauma-informed care and the principles of choice and connection, we help turn aspirations into meaningful moments that enrich life’s journey.
Legacy Organising & Home Archive
Legacy Organising is designed to help you thoughtfully curate and digitise heirlooms, photographs, keepsakes, and historical documents—transforming them into an organised, meaningful archive that can be passed down to future generations.
The process involves careful sorting, organising, and contextualising your family’s history to ensure the stories behind the items are preserved and easy to access. Using archival techniques and museum-standard practices, we offer services that include digitisation, labelling, and creating narratives around photographs and memorabilia.
Keeping Vigil
Vigil keeping offers calm, compassionate presence in the final hours or days of life. Whether at home, in hospital, or residential care, this service provides practical and emotional support for the dying person and their loved ones. It may include gentle touch, guided relaxation, music, reading aloud, prayer or simply holding space.
Each vigil is shaped by the wishes, culture, and values of the central person and their loved ones.
