This practice was founded on the belief that wellbeing is deeply personal, and that true care considers the whole person—body, mind, and story.

Melbourne Mobile Massage & Wellness Co, is led by Katrina Lolicato. Katrina brings over 15 years of experience across allied health, personal care, education, and community arts.

"My work is grounded in the belief that wellbeing is not just physical — it’s emotional, cultural, and deeply tied to our stories, memories, and relationships. I offer two interconnected skillsets. As a trauma-informed bodywork practitioner, I specialise in massage and myotherapy, drawing on evidence-based techniques that support physical recovery, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation. I’m also a qualified carer, experienced in providing compassionate, person-centred support in people’s homes and in aged care and NDIS settings.

Alongside hands-on therapies, I bring a rich background in storytelling and memory work. With a Bachelor in Archaeology and a Masters in Cultural Heritage, I’ve led award-winning heritage and oral history projects across Victoria. My past work has included exhibitions, memoir writing, sensory storytelling, and community-led remembrance activities. These projects, developed in partnership with councils and communities, have supported older adults, multicultural communities, and carers to feel seen, connected, and valued. I currently share my knowledge with students at Deakin University, where I am contracted as a teaching academic across Health and Humanities.

Now, through Melbourne Mobile Massage & Wellness Co, I offer a deeply holistic model of care that supports your body and your story. Whether it’s through reminiscence sessions, legacy organising, bucket-list planning, or simply helping you feel better in your skin, my services are always grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and respectful engagement.

This is care that meets you where you are — physically, emotionally, and in the context of your life."
