Our Standards
At Melbourne Mobile Wellness Co, our work is grounded in the principles of respectful, inclusive, and person-centred care, aligning with the Aged Care Design Principles and the NDIS Practice Standards. We pride ourselves on being actively present, engaged, attentive, and never distracted by phones, so that every session is safe, supportive, and meaningful. Our trauma-informed approach supports autonomy, emotional wellbeing, and connection, tailored to individual needs, capacities and care plans.
Our support workers are qualified carers, with additional training and lived experience across diverse therapeutic modalities and the varied services we provide.

At Melbourne Mobile Wellness Co., our services are designed in accordance with Australia’s nationally recognised care standards, ensuring respectful, person-centred, and culturally safe support.
