Mobile Wellness Co. Remedial Massage & Social Support is led by Katrina Lolicato. Katrina brings over 15 years of experience across allied health, personal care, education, coordinating community-based wellbeing programs and community arts projects.
At Mobile Wellness Co., Katrina brings all of these experiences together to offer integrated, person-centred programs that enhance wellbeing, foster social and cultural connection, and support people to live fully — all delivered safely and compassionately in the home.
Katrina is a Melbourne-based wellness practitioner specialising in trauma-informed myotherapy and remedial massage supporting older adults and carers to maintain mobility, wellbeing, and meaningful participation. Her background in cultural heritage, community arts, and creative engagement enriches her approach, integrating life-storying, legacy projects, and participatory programs that foster social and cultural connection.
Katrina is the co-founder of Arc Up Australia, a Creative Engagement Studio delivering participatory arts, oral histories, and community storytelling programs, and the Sicilian Arts Collective Australia (SACA), creating arts experiences that honour migrant memory and intergenerational knowledge. She served as Vice President of oral History Victoria (2014-2016). Katrina currenlty teaches as a sessional academic at Deakin University, mentoring students in health promotion and community practice.
Her work was recognised 2020 when she received the Victorian Multicultural Commission Multicultural Award for Excellence (Community Response & Recovery) for the project, Mano Nello Mano, which supported the community through a merger of material support and story-sharing during the COVID‑19 pandemic.
